The hibiscus in the Kasimba™ collection is harvested from the calyces of the Guinea Sorrel plant. Once steeped in hot water, the dried calyx flowers will reveal their color and flavor.

This fruity and tangy infusion can be enjoyed hot or cold year-round. If you find the hibiscus's tartness too strong, we recommend enjoying it as an afternoon treat with a rich chocolate tart.
